How to be stress free for MRCOG exam?


            The MRCOG exam is scheduled on Monday, 28th January 2019 and Tuesday, 29th January 2019 and candidates become stressed over attempting the exam. So, stress free environment should be maintained for attempting the exam appropriately as under the hassled condition, chances of excelling the exam is very less. 
So, follow some of the last minute tips.

·        Do not panic, it is just an exam.
·        Candidates attempting the exam are already MD/MS, so concepts pertaining to various topics are same.
·        Fill mind with positive thoughts for encouraging approach.
·        Be relaxed before 2-3 days of exam.
·        Indulge in various de-stressing activities such as listening music, walking, medication, etc.
·        Try to have minimum studies before the exam.
·        Adopt an appropriate time management method while giving the exam.
·        There is no negative marking, so try to attempt all questions.
·      Divide you time during the exam and spend more time in attempting EMQs those who are giving MRCOG Part-2 exam.
·         Most important of all read carefully all the questions.
·         Have a sound sleep of 6-8 hours, at least for 3 days before the exam.
·         Avoid any night duties before the exam.
·         Do not go empty stomach for exam and have light breakfast/meal before the exam.
·         Stay organized by having plan A, B, C ready as any misfortune can occur.
·         Be punctual, don’t be late for the exam and try to reach before time.
