As results of the MRCOG exam is approaching, the stressful condition is also increasing among candidates. So, appropriate steps should be adopted by the candidates to avoid anxious and stressful conditions. 

Some of the significant tips are as follows:
Avoid ruminating about your performance.
Practice mindfulness.
Contemplate the worst-case scenario and analyse the significant approach to handle the scenario.
Should try a therapy with counselor for management of ruminative thoughts.
During this period, avoid taking stimulants like coffee or energy drinks, which can increase the stress level.
Try to avoid using social media and other sites, as there is a lot of excited discussion about results.
Involve in different activities such as read your favourite book, watch a movie, go for a walk or engage in some physical activity to take your mind off the results and relax.
Try exercise as it is not just helpful for maintenance of physical health but also helps in relieving stress. Physical activity produces endorphins, chemicals in your brain that act as natural painkillers.
Consider massaging as it can relax your muscles, calm your mind, and also produce endorphins.
If you did well in the results, then celebrate. If you feel you could have done better, there are many ways to improve.
If you do not pass in the exam then you can appear in exams again the next year and achieve a better result.
